Bay Area Medical Training Class Policy

Emergency Cancelation

Bay Area Medical Training may cancel scheduled classes in emergency situations. We’ll inform you promptly and provide rescheduling options. Please note that we’re not responsible for any incurred financial costs.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No Show

If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, please contact Bay Area Medical Training at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to rescheduled or cancel with no penalty. You can call us at 352.874.6943.

If you cancel late, arrive late, or don’t show up, a $35 Cancellation or No-Show fee applies, payable before the next class or reduced from your refund. Instructors will attempt to contact you if you’re running late.

For clients canceling a class at their location within 48 hours, a $99 cancellation fee is applied. If an instructor is turned away at the door on the scheduled class date, you’re responsible for the full course cost per the provided pricing quote.

All participants MUST attend the full course and complete all the course requirements to receive certification. Anyone arriving late or leaving a course early will not be eligible for a certification card for the course or any refunds. All participants MUST sign in on the class roster at the class to receive a certification. Note: Clients also cannot bring non-registered attendees to their class (e.g., friends, family, children, co-workers, etc.), unless a previous agreement was made between the client and Bay Area Medical Training.

Payment

All invoices for Onsite Group Training classes will be made in accordance with the pricing quote provided for the training. Bay Area Medical Training requires payment in full for all classes within 5 days of the date invoiced. Any Client with an outstanding invoice for the class after this time will not be guaranteed a spot in the class unless previous arrangements have been made with Us.
